Icesave - missing DD's - anyone else?

On the 7th I had 2 Direct debits taken from my linked account that never arrived into the Icesave account and that werent returned to the linked account.
I think this might be related to the fact I had 3 separate but linked Icesave aco!!!!s but on the 7th I merged the sums into the 1 account in an attempt to remove the funds. As the other accounts had zero balanced they were automatically closed.
Anyone else got any situations like this? I'm not sure how to recover the missing DD's?
