Can I get compo?

I closed my ISA recently, because I needed the money. The bank said it would take 4-5 working days to reach my current a/c, because it's with a different bank.
6 days later I ring them to find out what's happening; they've made a "typing error", got the sort code wrong, and the cash is now in a "lost a/c." It'll take another 4-5 working days to get it.
I asked for a complaints form, and was told it would take up to 10 working days to reach me! Do you think I'm eligible for compensation>? And if so, what sort of %age of the amount? Or just a token amount?

Where there's blame there's a claim. Take them to the European Court of Human Rights. Your basic human rights have been grossly infringed.
