Sky Credit Card - Late Payment Fee

I am really annoyed with SKY credit Card. I always pay my bill in full, at least 7 days prior to the due date, via my internet banking service. The last 2 months I have been charged a £12.00 late payment fee even though my money has reached them 4 days before it was due. Okay so they have refunded it but how many people have NOT noticed they have neen charged? Is this a scam?

I seriously doubt that Barclaycard are deliberately trying to defraud you so no it isn't a scam.

At worst it will be an administrative error.
