Yeah same here i have had this fairytale idea in my head that the OR's will have a clear out before Christmas and i get an ED so i can start the new year a fresh.:cheesy: K2nga :cheesy:

I send my ED letter back in early sept and not heard anything since, wonder if they actually recieved it?! argh worried now i didnt send it recorded delivery as i didnt have any money and its a bus ride away to the post office!
should i ring them to check they recieved it or will the OR think im being cheeky? i would love ED but im guessing i can wait till 24th April to be AD

ED is never a guarantee and even if your creditors have no objections as JCS1 said it all falls to how busy the offices are...if they've a big workload your ED paperwork is pushed to the bottom of the pileWe all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0 -
When you received your ED letter,was it confirming your ED? You didnt have to apply for it or anything as has been suggested to me? I think my OR or the civil servant working for the OR hasnt a baldy clue on how ED works!BR~22/05/08

Like you my BR appears to be one of the simple ones although I didn't know that when I started the process. I'm only recently Br so I'm not even thinking about ED myself. My OR told me I was a candidate for ED and it would automatically be applied for after 10 months. He also told me that OR's all over the country are under a lot of pressure. Bless em.
