Probably a really stupid question but anyway....

I was previously claiming CTC and WTC as a single parent a couple of weeks back i ended my single claim as me and my husband are getting back together. I decided to not claim agian as a couple as tax credits has been nothing but hasstle from start to finish so now i no longer recieve anything.
My question is they said i will recieve a review pack in april where i have to give them my exact earnings etc for 2008 and make sure all the information they have on me is correct. Do i have to inform them of any other changes between now and then for example in january my son starts full time school so there will be no more childcare. Do i tell them this even though i am now not claiming or will the questions i'm being asked be based purely on the period when my single claim started and finished?
Sorry if this is stupid but i dont want to be overpaid x

If the claim is ended (as you told them to "break down" your single claim) then you don't need to inform them of further changes if you no longer want to claim, however you WILL get a review pack (also called an annual declaration) to do between april and june/july next year. It's just to make sure everything was correct for the time you were claiming this tax yr, and to give your 08/09 income (e.g. to check you got your full entitlement in case your income was less in 08/09 than in 07/08)0
