Hi, I purchased an item from Currys Online which I am trying to take back to a local store. I have read this thread with interest, Curry's needs a kick up the backside.
It's well worth you contacting your local paper about this. I work on one and I love writing stories like this, the minute a journalist gets in touch with the press office the manager will have a rocket shoved up his !!!!!!.
