    Hi All

Has anybody given their feedback on tasting the wines? Also has anybody got their £40 Vouchers yet?

The site is up and running but I can't see where everybody has given their feedback.

    Thanks
  • £40 wine vouchers are now active!!!! you can only use them if you order a case worth £69.99 or more but at the moment they have an £84.38 case of 12 mixed wines reduced to £69.99. With a £40 discount thats only £ 2.40 a bottle, I know I will be stocking up for Christmas and the new year!!

    Hi all

I had problems giving my feedback on the wines so i emailed them. I received a reply to help me. I set it up and sent another email saying I was having problems looking for my £40 voucher. Another email asking for my telephone number. A nice young girl rang me this afternoon, she explained everything to me. It is a mixed case of 12 bottles. Apparantly you have a kitty. Put £20 in the pot each month and each time you order you receive 33%. The order I put in today also receives 33%. That is off the £29.99 I am paying for the case. The case is being delivered tomorrow. She also said that any time I am not completely satisfied with any bottle of wine, I get my money back, that is their guarantee.

OK, so does this mean you have to sign up to a regular contribution in order to get the discount?
I believe virgin call it "winebank".

Or can you use the voucher on just buying a case?

Don't you have to pay delivery of £4.99?

It's still a very good deal, just want people to be clear on the price.

Sam, who i spoke to didn't mention any postage and packaging price. To be honest I am not very well (or my husband) so I really didn't ask all the questions I should have. But I am hoping I get information in the case tomorrow. If not I do have their tel no and will give Sam a call and ask these questions. Because after I had put the phone down I was wondering is it a contact or what!!! My fault for not questioning more. I will let you all know as soon as I get to know.

I've just placed an order using the £40 voucher that was emailed to me, it didn't state that it'd sign you up for the cashback, but it did it automatically so I've had to phone them and stop the cashback scheme, apparently it should take you to a screen explaining the T&C for the vouchers and the cashback but whether it's just my browser or a website glitch it didn't.

Also I had to email them to find out about delivery charges as I couldn't find it anywhere on the site.

Hopefully these are just a few start-up glitches on the website!
