I am greatly impressed with this store, only recently opened in our City. I bought a computer from them but when I got it unpacked I found something not quite right whehn trying to fit the monitor, I went back and explained the situation, they asked me to bring it back so they could try to fix it, I explained that I didnt have a car and would have to get a taxi, they said that was okay they would pay for it. I returned to the store that same night, they saw what the problem was and replaced it with another monitor, they paid for the taxi journey to and from the store as promised. Thats what I call service and I will certainly be visiting them frequently , such courtesy and friendlyness is hard to find these days.:j

I must say i've never had a bad thing to say about john lewis.

5 year free warranty on all electronics I tried everything to get my tv from John Lewis. It was £200 more expensive from john lewis though. I mentioned this whilst in the store and the lady informed me they price match Even better!

Not on ALL electronics. That's a common misunderstanding.

5 years on TVs and large electrical. 2 years on DVD and computers/laptops, 1 year on ipods and other small electrical items.
