Coventry BS Web ID Timescale

Can anyone tell me how long it took Coventry BS to send their WEB ID after returning the form to them containing the password and three memorable words?
I posted my form back to them last Friday. Just rang them and they say they haven't set up my password etc as they haven't received my form yet.
Seems a long winded way of setting up ID.

They have confirmed they've received the substatial amount of money I transfered to them during this week. But I really won't be happy until I can log into the account and see for myself.

Hm... suppose I should be grateful that I caught their fixed 6.25% 50 Plus eSave just before it was withdrawn.

Can't beat Norwich & Peterborough for their fast security login details.

Hi, posted off my memorable words day after you and got the web ID on Tues. Logged on then with no problems. Web ID needs keeping somewhere safe, too difficult to remember!

Just phoned them again and told them other people had received their ID after posting their form later than I did.

They're sending me another form to fill in...here we go again.

I'm not the most patient of people I'm afraid. :rolleyes:

Downloaded the KeePass for memory stick after reading about it on this site.

It's great :j as I've got so many account logins to keep track of now.
