Suggestions before the 3% rate gets worse

I'm just wondering where stoozers stand on this recent rate cut.
As a tax paying, small time stoozer, is it still going to be worthwhile holding the funds if rates keep dropping? Some of the BT fees were 3%, which means I need at least 3.75% gross interest just to break even on those. As a small time stoozer who doesn't have enough 0% time left to lock funds into a 7% + account for a full year, I'm looking before I leap in the hope of keeping out of trouble. Any helpful suggestions gratefully received, thank you

I reserve the right not to spend.
The less I spend, the more I can afford.

Thanks for that! I've used ICICI for the past while, but keep seeing little warning signs that are making me a bit wary.I reserve the right not to spend.
