I have some savings about to mature (8th Nov) on a 6 month F/T deal.
I have searched the forum and not really been able to find a detonate answer.
Will i be able to put the money back into another F/T, probley more likely the 3 year one.........or have they stopped this?

Just spoken to the joKErs at KE /ING asked the question can i open a term deposit account to be told no they have put a stop to these even though on the website you are still able to.
they said any term deposit opened will have the cash returned .

Have the cash returned in what sort of timescale? The fixed term will probably mature before they get round to doing it! Had my monthly interest for October and it doesn't include any interest for the amount transferred to their fixed term deposit. I can't believe they haven't put some kind of notice up on their main page regarding opening term deposits or actually disabled the option to do so if they're not allowed!
I see now they have disabled the option.0 -
I'm not a lawyer but haven't they entered into a contract when they accept a fixed term deal via their website?0
