NatWest Yourpoints -site down

I've been trying un-successfully to log on to the Yourpoints site for a couple of days.
Today I tried calling their customer service people : after waiting for a reply for 3 minutes (very poor response for an 0845 number), I was told "we're improving the site, IT advise us it won't be back up till Monday".
Does anyone know the address of their personnel department - I wish to apply for the post of Head of IT .

Ididn't realise their site was down, it didn't show that - just the usual error and please dial the 0845 number. Is it me or is this site incredibly difficult to log into? I got password and pin reminders and dutifully tried to log in - nothing - it kept coming up as an error. This is not the first time and it's incredibly frustrating - any tips out there? I wouldn't mind but I seem to have accumulated quite a few points and would like to use them, preferably this year...:mad:
