    It is a letter from the Original company authorising CLAP QUEST to act for them . It maybe they have bought the account, and they should then have a copy of the CCA . If they do not have it , tell them to bog off , nicely!
  • So I received my CCA and I think that it looks OK though I'm not sure.

    Then I made the biggest mistake I could make and rang them up because I can't make the payment and he was so horrible I just don't know what to do next. He said to send in a copy of income and expenditure. I'm just so scared I've made everything worse.
