Weird Sale - Need Advice!

I had someone buy 3 items of mine, payment options are paypal or postal order. She emails me 3 days after auction asking if she can collect. I reply that i trade from my workplace and my boss doesn't want anyone collecting from here so would she be able to send postal orders or pay via paypal. I then get another 3 emails asking if she can collect because she is worried about things going missing in the xmas post. Once again i email back saying i'm very sorry this is not possible, items are sent recorded and if anything goes missing we will replace FOC.
So now it is a 11 days after auction ended and am waiting on postal orders (i know i probably won't receive them till after xmas now because the post being slow.) She is not very happy, emails she sends now are not very polite and i feel like emailing her saying 'if you had of sent out payment when you won the auction i might have got them by now and we wouldn't be having this problem.' BUT i won't as this will leave me open for very bad feedback, she is a new ebayer feedback rating 1 and i am worried she is going to leave bad feedback anyway and spoil my new account (opened a new one just for selling hair extensions.)
This auction stunk from the start as when Ebay told me who had won the auction i saw she had left a bogus address with Ebay '1 the mad house, here,SSo oSS'
After this auction has ended with all feedback left (hopefully good) do you think i should report her for the dodgy address?
Any other advice for this weird sale would be greatly appreciated too.
Cheers, Carrie x

difficult, since she now claims postal orders have been sent.
i would tell her to beat it and send her postal orders back to her.
you can always respond with the truth if you get neggedThe word is BOUGHT, not BROUGHT.

Also i would file a NPB against her asap that way ebay will remove any feedback shes leaves ( comment will stay but your % wont change)
