need advice re tax credits

last year my husband earned 13000 p.a then he got a new job in april this year and we worked out he would earn 15000 p.a so we rang and told them and they sent out confirmation, last week he got made redundant from the 15000 job and has had to get a lower paying job that will be 13000p.a he starts next week. when does he have to ring with the changes and what info will he need and what will happen to our payments will i have to pay money back

Personally, I would ring today and tell them so they have it on record. They will probably ask you to ring back when he has his P45 (if his new job is a different company). They'll tell you want to do. Also ask them if there will be any overpayment.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. If he is now earning less why would you need to pay money back you may find your payments will go up a little ? :-):jFriends are like fabric you can never have enough:j0
