Anybody know anything about Dell Laptops?
The machine is a Latitude D610.
I've done godle search and it has come up with several fixes which I have tried all of, including enabling the feature in the BIOS, entering a new string value in the registry for the C_SpURsDll, and I've tried dissabling the Broadcom services in startup. The annoying popups have stopped at startup, but every time I try to open the Control Panel the re-appear.
Any help would be appreciated......
