I'd suggest to e-mail them.
They already took the item off the site, and in this case you really have to look at it logically.
Plenty of people must've ordered the item to trigger the companys' response, this clearly shows that they're aware of the 'error' on their part.
If you're considering contacting them, I'd say go for it. The deal is most likely over and they're probably cancelling orders anyway.0 -

they will not honour this as I just had the confirmation from them just now and my card wont be charged,but glad I had a go and thanks anyway OP,apparently one of their regular customers noticed and informed them of the error this morning so the e-mail said.

Just recieved this email:As you noticed, we had an error on our website yesterday, with Only Fools and Horses, the complete collection being advertised for only a 0.01p. Thankfully, many of our regular customers called us first thing this morning to let us know.
Unfortunately, we are unable to honour this mistake for you and we have therefore cancelled your order and can confirm that no charge has been made to your card.
This mistake was due to human error, is most regrettable and we truly are very sorry for any disappointment caused.
