I think they should have honored the offer, after all, they'd have recouped there losses in the long run, and what a great advertisement for the site i.e. word and mouth.

Just out of interest, the people who have had the email did you order more than 1? I still havent had an email and I only ordered 1, just wondering if they may be honouring those that only placed a single order?? (I Can Hope)
