Following removing norton from my pc, to install a new virus guard, lots of files are not recognised.
I removed Norton as pc used to stop with 90%+ of CPU usage being taken up by ccpxysvc.exe, which i undersood to be a Norton file.
Also can open internet but after 30 secs or so crashes
Any ideas anyone
Cheers

Did you use the removal tool from the Symantec website? If you try to do it via add/remove programs it usually doesn't do the job properly, and you end up with loads of problems.0
