Has any else experienced problems like this....
I had a moment of madness and decided to register for foxy bingo just to experience it.....I was only going to spend £10 so i completed my credit card details and loaded £10.
I played and suprise suprise:rolleyes: lost it all....anyway it was fun and I am glad to say I not about to become addicted to online bingo
A week later whilst checking my Credit Card statement I find that 2 amounts of £10 have been withdrawn from my account on the exact same day  .
I have messaged my credit card company but they aren't being very helpful....I know that £10 isn't exactly going to break the bank but it is worrying how this can happen and to how many people are they doing this???

Well its not unauthorised, its a disputed amount. You need to raise a dispute with your credit card company, call them and ask them to send you the relevant forms.
Just to make you aware currently you'll be earning interest on those amounts as they're treated as 'Cash Advances' in terms of interest.0 -

Is it possible that when you were paying your £10 that you clicked twice on the Pay button? I believe it can sometimes happen that a payment goes through twice if you do that. It's easy to make the mistake particulartly if the site is slow and you think it didn't work first time you clicked. Your CC company would probably be able to tell you the exact times of the two transactions0
