Cutting mirror mosaics

Hi,
I am refurbing an old hexagonal melamine table that I found at a junk shop and have cut out templates to have a local glass merchant make some bevelled mirror pieces to fit which I intend to glue to the surface.
However, there are some thin pieces - too small to have cut specially, so I am looking at using some mirror mosaics that I have in my craft box. Unfortunately, I will need to cut the mosaics to fit and am having no luck with the tile nipper I have.
Can anyone recommend a tool for cutting mirror mosaic tiles?
I already have a tile nipper, but wondered if a better tool would be either a glass cutter or a wheeled cutter?
Anyone have any experience of mirror mosaics?? I will also post on the craft section in case anyone there has experience. Thanks in advance
