Apologies if this has already beeen posted.
Generally Amazon seem to be ok (service wise) but on some occasions I have had problems with them and have never been able to find any contact details online. After some searching I found an American site that had ALL Amazon's contact numbers, UK and USA. I'll post the UK ones below.
UK Customer Service
Phone: +44.208.636.9200
More UK numbers,
Freephone (only from within the UK): 0800 279 6620
Phone (outside the UK): +44 20 8636 9451
Fax (free from within the UK): 0800 279 6630
Fax (outside the UK): +44 20 8636 9401

Amazon.co.uk's support are great. Only ever had one problem, and that was with the delivery company (DHL) rather than Amazon themselves. The operator on their freephone number was very helpful and arranged to redirect the missing package to my new address free of charge (ordered it just before going to uni, cockups with DHL meant that they lost it).0

If you have a problem go to the Amazon returns centre page and there is an option to ask a question. Most of the options are FAQ's but one allows you to send a message.
I used this to sort out a problem with a Philips DVD recorder I had (I returned it).
