and clearly listed that it does work but i was unable to try it. (this is what the people at xbox told me)

he is now emailing me saying he is going to report me as it is broken and does not work

do you think i should refund him

    thank you alison999 thats what i was thinking, i dont mind paying it if it is guinuine but what if its cause he doesnt have the upgrade:confused:

    so should i tell him to send it back to me in the same way before i refund him?

    You sold it as working, if it doesn't then you need to refund. Buyer needs to send it back to you and once you have it back you refund the original payment in full.

    If he doesn't return the item then he doesn't get the refund.
