and clearly listed that it does work but i was unable to try it. (this is what the people at xbox told me)
he is now emailing me saying he is going to report me as it is broken and does not work

thank you alison999 thats what i was thinking, i dont mind paying it if it is guinuine but what if its cause he doesnt have the upgrade

You sold it as working, if it doesn't then you need to refund.
