choosing online banking?

Hi everyone. I'm new on this forum, and hope getting around here

Actually, I'm interested in opening an account with flexible and hassle-free
online access. I transfer money to different people oftenly, and it's pretty
annoying to walk to the branch. I've heard of "faster payments" enabled accounts, so that I could send payments instantly. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

First Direct have pretty good internet banking, as far as I'm aware, they do support Faster Payments both in and out.

Forget Barclays, as you need to faff about with their silly card machine thingy they send you even just to be able to logon, and I think their internet banking is a little bit on the awkward side (can't view historical statements etc).

Natwest isn't as bad, but you still need to use the card thingy to add each payee which could be a bit of a pain in the bum if you need to add a load of people.
