Finance transfer to credit card

I have a car bought on finance at a really high interest. Can i transfer this to a credit card with the 0% on balance transfer option, or is this option only for tranfers from credit card to credit card

you would need a card like egg money or a mbna one which allows transfers to your bank account
provided you can get a credit limit to cover it0
