Several weeks ago I sent a cheque to the above to open an account but having singularly failed to do so I telephoned them and told them to return my cheque or send a payment by BACS.
They have twice promised to do so but nothing has happened and they have now had my cheque for around six weeks.
I have also written to them requesting my money back but to no avail.
Any one suggest what I should do next?
Help gratefully received.
