1. Vouchers entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving on a new order placed with Figleaves. Details of the minimum spend, including VAT and saving entitlement can be found in your voucher email.
2. Figleaves reserves the right to refuse redemption of vouchers that have not been issued by an authorised agent of Figleaves.
3. Vouchers are only valid for a limited period of time, please refer to your voucher email for the exact expiry date.
4. Vouchers have a cash value of £0.001 and are not transferable or assignable.
5. Vouchers can only be used once.
6. Only one voucher can be used per person per promotion.
7. Only one voucher can be used per order.
8. Vouchers cannot be used with any other promotion.
9. In the event of returns, refunds will be given for cash as used in the original purchase above the value of the voucher.
10. In the event of part of the order being returned, the value of the voucher will be deemed to be spread between the goods proportionately. The sum in cash exceeding this value will be returned to the customer.

Ive oredered some knickers for my mum for xmas and should arrive tomorrow but I wanted some too but everytime I try to order its charging me full price do you think there system is recognizing my e-mail addy??

I think you can only use one voucher per person which in turn I think would also be one per email address, I used my husbands email and mine so I could place two orders both free P&P

if you were to guess a 7 digit no starting with a 1 worked for me
