o2 website? Help needed please.

Ok here goes, Lets see if any of you techies can explain why this happens.
First of all I have 2 mobile phones with o2. So I have two online accounts each with different log in names and passwords. So I log into Number 1 and view the details and check how many minutes I have used and calls that have been made. All ok. Then I log out and log into Number 2. log in ok, and go to check how many minutes have been used and what numbers have been rang from this account. (my daughter uses this one).This is where it goes wrong. I get an message saying DASH_ERR04: The account number in the target address is invalid.. So I log out and clear cookies go into number 2 account first and view inclusive allowance details no prob, logout and go into number 1 account and the error message appears again. So it seems that what ever account you view first(after having cleared the cookies) determines what details you can see. I rang o2 and they wouldn't let me speak to a technical agent but relayed messages back and forth and came back with the response of It is my isp and the firewall they use. This is nonsense coz I tried to to do the same thing on my friends computer and they have a different isp and got the same results.. I think it is a certain cookie that is stopping me from doing this. Oh I then linked accounts as you can do this but still the same. I would love to know what the prob is. Can anyone help. Oh it happens with both firefox and IE.
