  • I have just sold an item and they have put the money in some sort of suspense account... However I have no protection over this... I go them to email to me that I have but its only for non-delivery... Like everyone saying the sellers are being shafted! I have sent an email to ebay saying my fees are due and what would happen if i didnt pay it then my account would be suspended until I did! I even asked them what would happen if i didnt do what they wanted to protect the buyer and i would be in trouble breach of terms etc etc... Now the question they dont ask... Would you go into a shop and say ill let the bank release the funds when i have left feedback or 21 days later whichever is sooner!?! I hope the answer to that is nope!

    So frustrating...
I like to think I can help but its for discussion purposes only so if I get it wrong please feel free to correct me.

Give them a ring tomorrow, Paypal's number is -0870 7307191.

You can use that saynoto0870 website to pick another number, but i cant see a better one to ring on it.

Ring up, you'll speak to someone in ireland, then explain from there..

Thanks for that but i did try that on saturday and they were like no help at all!! kept saying its policy after policy... I email and get automated responses but there you go... What annoys me now... If this is a scam and the buyer gets their money back in some way Im not protected at all... To make it worse I cant even leave negative feedback if i have to now!!

Ill kepp arguing its a matter of principle now!
