Whats up with Travelex?

Was going to buy my $s for hol yesterday and the rate was $1.58.

Checked today and its only $1.52 even though the 'proper' rate is $1.60.

Travelex used to be pretty good but not today. Looks as if maybe they've decided to be a bit tighter.

i used them before and was well pleased

No good - going Saturday and these take 3 days...

Ah. Yes. They do a price promise.

I wonder if they're price promise counts against the 3 day suppliers though (which are usually better) or whether they wriggle out of this by saying its an advance contract or something....
