Click energy bills

We have recently changed from British Gas normal rate to the Click energy 5.

Got our first bill on line and we are in credit with the gas but in debit by about a fiver for the electric.

Do we have to pay this immediately or do they just carry it forward to next times bill.

Any info greatly appreciated.

    How do you pay?

If its by Direct Debit you could increase payments on electric of lower on gas if you are credit on gas.

But if its just one bill and you pay Direct debit I keep an eye on it and perhaps increase it should it started increasing a debit a lot perhaps after Winter
  • We pay by direct debit.
