whirlpool dryer not heating up!!!!!!

Help is needed my Whirlpool Electric Dryer is not heating up, I have checked vent etc but to no avail, any ideas what to check next.

    Heater element will probably have burnt out, or thermostat failed.

    IIRC both require the heater to be replaced.

    How old is your drier?

    Our last Whirlpool drier did this.

    The dryer is about 5 years old, it is industrial size and this is the first problem with the dryer is it expensive to replace the parts?
