You can use MS Paint to design a logo. However, what software can't do is give you the skills to come up with a good one. And those that use templates stick out like a sore thumb. Saw a plumbers van the other day and it was using the red/blu/yellow square design from MS Office....0

This logo is to advertise your business, and as such, yourself, for many years, think of a £50 investment in getting someone with design skill to create a logo, as £1/year for 50 years.
