Items not received

Can someone tell me if there is there a limit to the amount of item not received claims you can make? I have been using eBay since 2001 and have about 2,500 feedback and until September 2008 have only had about two or three other items not arrive. Since this September I have had three items which haven't arrived. I'm sure I read on here previously that you could only make two claims per year. I haven't made any in the last year.
I have checked at the post office and the items aren't there. One item is about £14.00 and the other is over £30.00. The third was bought through an eBay shop and has been refunded. I have emailed the other sellers to check they have sent the items and await a response but I'm not really sure what to do.
Thanks.

paypal claims are now unlimited as many as you need but if they get complaints they may look more closely at your account.0

Thanks. I'll wait and see what the sellers say. If I receive an item not as described I don't bother with a claim as I can't be bothered with the hassle but I don't think I should have to lose over £50.00 in total if the sellers either haven't sent the item or it has gone missing.
I personally think that the new feedback changes haven't helped buyers at all. I buy and sell and have had more problems with sellers than before the changes.0
