In case of use to anyone. I managed to get the book and 3 bars of chocolate in Coatbridge (Lanarkshire - Scotland) store on Friday - the stand was full of chocolate and books at that point. Hope of help to someone.0

Great Find, saw this book for £4.99 in "The Works" in the Arndale Manchester, but would rather get it free with the chocolate!!
