Hi there - I wonder if anyone can help with an on-going problem?
In July this year, due to confusion on their new website, I managed to order 2 tumble dryers....and have made numerous telephone calls to them since to have the other 1 returned....and still waiting.
My concern now is that the plastic wrapping around it, is starting to grow holes and is getting a tad bit mucky. There is also the possibility of the house being re-possessed (my folks have a court date of 11th November).
My finances are now being dealt with by Payplan (thanks to all who have recommended this company), and I have made them aware of the situation, however I don't want to end up paying for the tumble dryer if anything happens to it.
Any advice?
