Help...summer holiday '09 with 3 kids

I have no idea what I'm looking for & need some suggestions.
I guess I want a package holiday, but have never booked one before
. Before the eldest started school it was easy...pack up last minute & fly or drive to wherever we wanted. It's so much more complicated now.
We want to go somewhere warm in Europe, & in the the school summer holidays. I guess we will need 2 adjoining rooms or an apartment. I'll have a new baby, & just fancy taking it easy. So food (all incl or half board, not self catering) & kids club, & near a beach, & with a pool. Other than that I'm not bothered by which country I'm in
No idea what a reasonable budget would be for this, but I've just looked at Mark Warner & nearly passed out at the prices.

I cant decide either.. We could go camping round europe all summer long, go away all inc in april or june and just a week at haven in the summer holidays... Oh what to do the world is your oyster!Debt free and plan on staying that way!!!!0
