Looking at buying an Sony LCD TV. Someone on ebay is selling a brand new sony for £500, RRP is £800. Before I go ahead, does anybody know what the guarantee status is should i go ahead with the purchase? Thanks in advance.

It's probably the same price somewhere else. RRPs are nonsense and are often quoted when someone is trying to convince you that it's a bargain!British Ex-pat in British Columbia!0 -
What's the model number? Personally I would try and buy from a store rather than Ebay for something of that value, at least you can take it back easily if something goes wrong!0
