I have received my credit card bill today and is due to be paid in January. There is an item on there which I have returned and the credit is not yet showing.
Do I pay the bill less this amount or pay the full amount and then be in credit on the credit card?

Call the company up and ask them if they can see it in their system. When was the item refunded?0

Same day as they generated the bill so it will be between bill generation date and the payment date. It should be in their system before I'm due to pay.

In that case I would phone them up and see if they have a record on their system. If the refund has been applied then you will pay the total less the refunded amount.0
