Ever tried using it?
If you do as I did to report a technical problem an e-mail template appears and you can type your message which is then sent. OK thus far BUT the the reply arrives:
Please read the FAQ links below. If your question is not answered below, please email [email="furtherhelp@moneysavingexpert.com"]furtherhelp@moneysavingexpert.com[/email] and we will endeavour to assist you as much as possible
Why don't MSE just have that link on the page instead of wasting time effort AND of course MONEY linking to a non-existant unanswered e-mail address?
Just a suggestion from an ordinary mortal

What prompted it was I wrote a long msg about how slow it was to try and help and that's all I got back - shan't bother again :A got other things to grump about :xmassmileK eep

But you would of had another chance to escalate the situation as supplied in the autoresponder mesage in the Original Post you did, then just copy/paste the original message into the new email address supplied with the Original Auto responder form.0

In otherwords the email you got back is a MSE standard Automated Response.
i.e Auto Responder
I suppose you could just fire an email off to furtherhelp@moneysavingexpert.com0
