Fix For Free fixed without consent

I was also on price fall with scottish power, after receiving new leaflet I filled it in posted it and said I did not want fix for free but they did it anyway, I was paying £47 a month and was £55 in credit after paying my last bill on 28/10/2008. I logged into my bank account and found scottish power had taken out £61 meaning I am now £116 in credit before I use anymore fuel, the reason I pay so little is because I have cut down so much. When I phoned scottish power on 4/11/2008 and asked for an explanation I was given a lecture on how fuel has increased as though I had been on another planet for last twelve months, I said I was now £116 in credit and was not going to pay £61 a month, again I was told about price rise and the chap said the best I can do is £56 a month, to which I replied dont bother N Power can do for £52.

An appology would have been good.
