I've just popped out and managed to find a Guardian newspaper - handed the voucher in at Villiers St (London WC2) and chose a Venti Cherry Mocha with Cream - very naughty but very nice (Have used several vouchers in the past in Starbucks in London and they have always asked which size I want, irrespective of an offer only stating 'tall'),

I have no Starbucks near me  and that cherry mocha sounds like heaven:heart2: I can't stop thinking about it, please describe it in minute detail, is it worth a 25 mile round trip?

The cream on top was the best bit- I'm going out to get more papers...
  • The promo board for the offer was on top of the guardian stand in Starbucks today and the small print definately said valid until the 18th. Would think the board will be gone by tomorrow though. Also got asked what size I wanted!

I tried yesterday's voucher in a Starbucks today but they wouldn't let me use it. :( The assistant said she was aware that the Guardian had printed a voucher that was valid till the 18th November, but she couldn't tell me when they'd printed it. Given that I haven't seen another one either in the Guardian or mentioned on here, then it does suggest that yesterday's voucher was meant to last until the 18th.

Anyone had any better luck using it?
  • I certainly didn't!

The staff in the Angel branch sure weren't briefed today. Did Starbucks actually say it would be valid until the 18th?
The Guardian have confirmed with us that the voucher that appears in today's paper will be valid until Tuesday 18th of November.

The Guardian are also going to make sure that Starbucks staff are briefed on this and know to accept today's voucher until the Tuesday the 18th of Nov.
  • Has anyone had any luck in using the voucher at Starbucks today? I want to go on Sunday so Ive emailed them to see what they say about it - dont want to be embarrassed when I get there.
