hi,
I am trying to download some music but am having sooo many problems .
I'm using VISTA if it makes a difference and Imesh.
First of all my MP3 player is not being recognised as a USB device as I prefer to download straight to it. What could be causing this and how can I solve it?
Secondly, I can't find the file that I am supposably dowloading too... I've looked in the preferences and found the supposed file but nothing has turned up there ...
It's supposably the newer version of imesh too.
Thanks
Jen

Your MP3 player may need to be switched on when plugged into your USB port. Does your computer make any chimes when you plug your MP3 player in? If it does, perhaps reinstalling the driver may do the trick.0

What kind of MP3 player do you have? I take it that other USB devices are working fine?0

hi,
Its an MP4 player of no specific type ... Yes I have tried other devices and they are all working fine. When I connect the MP4 player up, it comes on and uses the power from the computer etc but it just wont appear as a recognised device. Plus I cant seem to find where Imesh and put the stuff I have already downloaded although I have searched to find them.
