Sub £40 digital camera

Any suggestions on a half-decent camera that'd be suitable for a 7 year old. Prob best if it's as simple to use as possible. Looking to spend up to £40 if poss.

My big ASDA had some Praktica ones at £23 not sure of the specs but worth a sniff.

Ok.. think i've found what you need - a decent new branded camera for sub-50 quid. This use to cost £159 !

Personally.. for 50 quid i'd be tempted by the GE.. purely because it's got some rather state of the art things in it (eg. blink detection) plus i've read some very favourable reviews about it.
