Just to say its entitledto.co.uk (altough Calley's link will take you to .co.uk even though it says.com!) It's a great site and not at all hard to understand
. Some CAB's also have welfare benefits advisers, even if not, the general advisers can help with this sort of thing.

If she turns down a job she's been offered or doesn't apply for something suitable she may find herself sanctioned and losing her JSA for a period.0

She should qualify for WTC and continue to receive CTC. This would normally make her £30 to £40 per week better off by working.
Does mum receive DLA at M or H rate for care?====================================================

Is the £95 before or after tax/NI? I'm guessing after because it would be less than the minimum wage otherwise.
She will definitely get wtc and ctc on that income, and it is likely she will get free prescriptions etc too.
She may still get CTB and HB too.0
