sky+ has gone off

this morning our sky+ function stopped working. while flicking through channels we have discovered channels like uk gold and bravo have also gone off. they have a message saying we can upgrade for £1. we have the movie package and the multi channels have always been included.
is there a fault or do they turn certain services off when you pay late as we have this month? if that is the case how long do we have to wait for everything to be turned back on? we paid on monday.

thanks, we just registered online to see our account status on their site and it says we have paid so they have no excuse.0

we just called them and they said it will take between 2 minutes and 4 hours to sort out.0

the channels on the box upstairs have come back on but the channels and sky+ function downstairs are still off.0
