Asking prices v sold prices

Inspired by a thread in the normal housing section I have a question for property owners. What price was you property/properties marketed at and what did you pay? North Hampshire 1999 asking about 88k, got for 86,750. Sold November 2005 160k.

West Wales Jan 2006 asking 159k, got for 147500. Spent 20k on it. Sold July 2008 182k
