cant download or install Firefox 1.5 plugin (The Fixs)

i know alot of ppl had the problem,. i cannot see it posted anyway (i did do a quick check),. i my self had this problem and couldnt find the info to fix this,. as u know even if u Uncheck the Option too let the plugin Extension install it still wont install,.. very annoying so i left it alone,.. but now i found the fix,. so here it is below as simple as i can make it.....

in ur Firefox Location Bar (where u would put a site URL in )

type in about:config hit enter

you see a long lists... in the Filter box type in xpinstall.enabled

Double Click on xpinstall.enabled so that the Value is set too True

Change ur tools>options>Content settings too allow install of plugin's from https://addons.mozilla.org (just check the link) or just leave it uncheck which ur happy with

Close down firefox then reopen it,. and go install the plugin you want
