The easiest (not the cheapest) way is to take the certificate in to a branch of Natwest Bank and they will, I think, immediately sell the shares for you and give you a cheque less their commission.Born to shop;)0

Thanx fanella
Do youk now the cheapest place to sell them? LLoyds who i bank with quoted £90ish but i heard Halifax do a deal for £11.95?!0 -
Before you sell beware of capital gains tax!
Unless you need the money right now it may be better to split the sale half now and half after the start of the next tax year in April. You will be risking a price difference of course until April.0 -
i should be ok i think ejones, thanx tho
I saved 9k over 3yrs so at present id get about 15 back if i sell them so should just escape funding 2 jags fuel bill0 -
Is this some kind of SAYE scheme through your employer?
If so did you not get details of how to sell when the savings matured.
Whoever you sell through you will have to jump through hoops to provide Identification etc unless you already hold an account with them.0
