Anyone having problems with Sky Talk?

I don't know whether anyone else is having problems with Sky Talk? My relatives have subscribed to the service but for some unknown reason, they have lost the ability to make outgoing calls - incoming are fine. They have spoken to Sky Talk and they have said it's a Sky problem but no-one seems to be helping to resolve it. I've tried to email the CEO but he hasn't responded either.
Anyone suggest how this can be taken further to get it sorted ASAP?

sky talk has changed from cps to wholesale calls . the wholesale calls part is a direct BT wholesale service and there seems to be an issue with this. Reason is Bt use an old system called css that has direct access to your line (I must stress that this a bt wholesale not a BT retail issue.)The wholesale calls part is a BT wholesale product and is in CSS so is affecting your calls .0
